CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES

Please note:  The below dates are to be used as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.  We strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible.  However, we have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times. We recommend you place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery before Christmas day.

We recommend ordering before 10am AEDT on the below dates:


New Zealand: Standard - 4th December

WA / NT / TAS: Express - 8th December

NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD / SA: Express - 19th December

Tracking your order

Once your order has been packed by our team, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking link – simply click on this link to track your order. Please note that your order will be marked as ‘Pending’ until your order has been picked up by our courier – generally within 8 hours.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse with ‘Signature Required on Delivery’ to prevent theft. If you select ‘Authority to Leave’ during delivery or have Australia Post's 'Safe Drop' function set up, we are not liable for any lost deliveries.

It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered at the time of ordering. We are not liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order, or in the event of a parcel being lost in transit, due to the delivery address details being incorrect.
