Warranty and Repairs
All Zoe Olivia Jewellery items are covered by a 12-month warranty which covers material defects and production faults from the date of purchase.
Zoe Olivia jewellery within this 12-month warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided the care advice instructions have been adhered to. If a repair is not possible, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. Please note that the warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use or wear, third-party repairs or careless handling. Additionally, the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or if the jewellery has been damaged as a result of mishandling against our care advice instructions.
After our 12-month warranty period, we want you to continue enjoying your Zoe Olivia pieces for years to come. For this reason, we offer repairs and replacements at a small cost. Simply reach out to our customer care team, and we'll work with you to ensure your jewellery remains as beautiful as the day you first wore it.

Please ensure to include a note stating the below information:
- Order Number
- Problem you are experiencing with the item
- Contact details – including name, email, phone number, return address
For your own security, we highly recommend that any item you are returning or exchanging should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport. Please keep record of your return receipt and tracking number until the processing of your repair has been completed.
We aim to process all repairs within 10 business days of receiving your item. Please note there may be slight delays in this processing time during peak trade periods.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse and has been assessed, our team will process your repair as per the above process. If there are any costs associated with the repair, our team will be in contact with a quote prior to beginning the repair.
