General
Zoe Olivia Jewellery is currently an online only store, and we do not have any physical stores.
Our stainless-steel collection is made of premium stainless steel. All gold-plated stainless-steel products feature a luxurious 18k gold PVD finish.
Our gold products are made from 9ct gold in either a white or yellow finish.
All jewellery items are hypoallergenic and free of both nickel and lead.
Our stainless-steel collection is fully waterproof and sweatproof. However, we strongly recommend avoiding any contact with water when wearing our gold pieces.

Placing your order
Availability at our online fulfilment centre is indicated by the “ADD TO CART” button. If this button is greyed out, with the words “SOLD OUT”, this item is currently unavailable.
We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 24 business hours of receipt. However, there may be slight delays during peak or promotional periods.

No. All orders sent from our online store come with a gift receipt for return purposes and has all pricing stickers and tags removed.
Delivery
The shipping timeframe is dependent on which shipping method you have chosen during checkout. Please view our shipping and delivery page for delivery estimates based on your designated option.
Once your order has been packed by our team, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking link – simply click on this link to track your order.
Please note that your order will be marked as ‘Pending’ until your order has been picked up by our courier – generally within 8 hours.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse with ‘Signature Required on Delivery’ to prevent theft.
However, Australia Post’s ‘Safe Drop’ option allows customers to remember their preferences and have parcels left in a safe place, regardless of the delivery method we have assigned to your parcel.
Please note that if you have ‘Safe Drop’ set up or select the ‘Authority to Leave’ delivery method, we are not liable for any lost deliveries.
When your tracking is marked as “delayed”, this generally means that there is a delay within the Australia Post network, likely due to an influx of parcels. If you parcel is marked as “delayed”, we suggest lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after you have placed your order, provided the item is returned unworn and in original packaging.
If your purchase isn’t suitable, you can return your order with 30 days of placing your order, provided the item is returned unworn and in original packaging.
All returns and exchanges must be returned with a completed returns slip, which was included in your order, or you can download one here.

For your own security, we highly recommend that any item you are returning or exchanging should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport. Please keep record of your return receipt and
tracking number until the processing of your return has been completed.

We aim to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please note there may be slight delays in this processing time during peak trade periods.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and your return has been assessed, you will receive email confirmation advising that your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in original payment method.
Warranty & Repairs
All Zoe Olivia jewellery purchased comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers material defects and production faults. If your item is outside this warranty period, or a proof of purchase document cannot be provided, we may be able to repair your item at a
cost.

Please be sure to include a note stating your order number, issue you are experiencing with your jewellery and contact details (including name, email, phone number and return address) to avoid any delays. Assessment of faulty items takes approximately 2-3 weeks. If there is a cost incurred, we will be in contact prior to commencing the repair.

Proof of purchase is used to determine the warranty conditions of a repair. A proof of purchase document must be presented in order to make any warranty repair claims. If an item is returned for repair without proof of purchase, it will be treated as a paid repair and a cost will be incurred by our team.
